Do you offer custom and personalized orders?

Yes, we do. I would love to chat with you about getting you exactly what you want! Love something, but want a different color? Love something that is no longer available? Let’s work together and see what we can come up with! Just send me a message here or through social media including details and that gets the ball rolling.

Custom orders will take longer to ship to allow time for production (timeline will be provided at the time order is placed). Custom orders are to be pre-paid and are non-returnable/non-refundable.

How does resin age / wear?

Resin is extremely durable and when properly taken care of, it will not crack, break or chip under normal use. The resin is designed to
not yellow or fade over time when kept out of direct sunlight.

Is resin food safe?

YES! The resin I use is food safe. I care about your safety with the finished piece and my own during production. 

How do I care for my piece?

* Please wash your product by hand with mild soap and towel dry.
* Do not submerge or soak in water.
* Avoid contact with hot, abrasive or sharp items to preserve the resin’s integrity and appearance.
* Your product is NOT microwave or dishwasher safe.
* If your product is wood, apply a wood oil occasionally to prevent the wood from cracking.
* Resin is food safe.

Can I pick up my order from you directly?

For sure! If you are in the Sarasota, FL area and want to skip the shipping fees, you are welcome to contact me to arrange for pick-up.

Shipping Timeline:

Your order will ship within 5 business days, generally within 2 though. Custom orders will have a longer shipping timeframe to allow for creation, which will be discussed at the time the order is placed.

We use either USPS or UPS to ship your order. Once it is ready for shipment, you will receive an email (to the address you provided during the ordering process) with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

In a rush, let us know as we may be able to offer you a quicker shipping option (additional fees may apply.) 

Returns/Damages: 

Due to nature of the unique, one-of-a-kind pieces I offer, returns are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard anything from the shipment as the carrier may request for you to bring the box and contents in for inspection. Please contact me so that I can help you file a claim with the carrier.

Class Cancelations:

If you find that you are unable to attend a class that you have paid for, please let us know right away. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the class, you can request a 50% refund, otherwise, there are no refunds. If you cancel within 48 hours of the class, you can request a gift certificate valued at 50% of the registration fee which can be applied to a purchase or a future class. The gift certificate will be valid for 90 days after the original class date. 

Sales Tax:

Ambers Making Waves is located in Florida and will only collect Florida State sales taxes. If your order is shipped to any other state than Florida, it is the buyer’s responsibility to report sales tax due per IRS sales tax collection laws.

Privacy:

We will never share or sell your personal information, email address, phone number, home address, or otherwise! We will not store your payment information.
